Hosed.

I know that I talked about how this is going to be a video podcast site, and believe me it is going to be, but from time to time I will be posting a few written entries, with a random video at the end.

This, is one of those lol...

Its 12:51pm mountain time here in Phoenix, Arizona. I have been sitting here for about 2 hours now, and I gotta tell ya I ain't too tickled at the moment. I had to awake at 4:30am to catch a shuttle to St Louis airport to catch a 7am flight. I left early because the hotel urged that it is a saturday and that there will be a flood of folks there.

That was false. No one was at the airport at 5am.

So I had to sit there for over 2 hours before I got on the plane. Once on board, I could tell we were sitting alot longer than the last time I was on a flight. The captain came on, and stated there was too much luggage, and they were figuring a way to get it all on the jet. This automatically makes me panic, because I knew that I only had a 50 minute layover to my next flight in Phoenix when I arrived.

30 minutes go by and finally we take off. I slept through the whole flight. I awake as we are about to land and the captain states we are 30 minutes late. Again I go into panic mode. They ask that all passengers that do not have connecting flights to remain seated until we got off, and of course, no one listened. Everyone got off, and I was all the way in the back.

So I run. I run all the way to the other side of the airport. Now keep in mind Paul does not run, so I was sweating panting and hurtin. I finally arrive to the gate, hand over my ticket and board my flight, but someone is in my seat! I let the stewardess, and as my luck would have it, I was on the wrong plane, US Airways had changed gates. My flight was boarding next to the gate I had just gotten off of.

So I run again all the way back to the previous gate, and of course, my flight is gone. So now I sit here waiting for the next flight, which is in 1 more hour. Thank lord I had this damn laptop.

So I just wanted to come on and vent some steam, I still have a fantastic 4 hour drive after all of this so Im really gonna need a beer when I get home...

Who knows, maybe my first podcast might be made tonight!?!
